Fusion Band. 

Ensemble Tropicale  is a 4/5 piece band with a repertoire of Latin, Caribbean and African music.

Ensemble Tropicale performs a colourful mix of standards from Brazil, the Caribbean and South Africa, featuring Spanish, Portuguese and Sotho lyrics, as well as their own compositions. Highlights are Donald and Mariana’s vocal harmonies, rich percussion arrangements and the inclusion of the steelpan from Trinidad & Tobago.

The band consists of Monkeys Wedding and Ayanda Sibisi, an amazing female vocalist and actress who toured with “The Lion King Musical” in Japan for a couple of years.

Believing in quality as opposed to quantity, we feed off crunchy guitar riffs, and live at the crossroads where country, folk and blues meet. Putting the soul into covers, and giving a taste of our own material, this is the beginning of what we hope to be a lifelong affair with music.” – Bad Peter.

Bad Peter was formed in March 2014 with members PG Badenhorst and Alwyn Bekker. Although Bad Peter is still in its infancy, Alwyn (25) and PG (25) have been making music together for more than seven years.

The Acoustic Folk Rock Duo’s fans renown them for their incredible live performances, great tone and easy-listening vocals. Bad Peter performs at Weddings, Corporate Events, Private Functions and various Pubs and Restaurants.

HOT WATER is a Afro-Pop band fronted by Donovan Copley that performs universally accessible, feel-good music to inspire soulful and fun dance vibes. 

We move people through music that reflects the spirit of South Africa. Hot Water effortlessly captivates, connects and lifts audiences locally and abroad.   

When producing its Hollywood blockbuster film BLENDED, Warner Bros Entertainment needed a perfect song that would symbolize South Africa. The result was using Hot Water’s infectious song WAMKELEKILE as the movie 

In the words of BLENDED producer Kevin Grady: “I really wanted to find a song that embodied South Africa, the film’s story and the journey of the characters within the [love] story. Wamkelekile not only does that, but it’s also a fun, catchy and playful song that people just love.”

HOT WATER’S diverse range of music includes foot-tapping songs like Wamkelekile, energetic dance tunes and soulful ballads, as captured on its latest CD entitled LIFELINE.

Violin & Sax meets Electronic music

Luca and Tim take their listeners on a diverse musical journey suitable for any event.

Be it background beats setting the tone with the distant sound of violin and sax weaving its way through the crowd or keeping the dance floor pumping into the early hours of the morning, they are up for it.

They are genre fluid musicians and to pin them under one would just be wrong and somewhat offensive. The energy they bring to every performance is unbeatable and with 2 music degrees under their belts there is no shortage of depth and quality. 

They combine their different production skills and influences into their sets delivering a truly unique product.  Some have said it feels as if they are half from the future and half from the past meeting somewhere perfectly in the middle but you can make that decision for yourself…
