Just what you need for arrivals or to “pep” up your conference – The band is unplugged and mobile and performs 45 mins – this can be split into shorter sets over a longer period of time to suit your running order.
Should you need the Band to change up their costuming to suit the brief (within reason) , we can do that too.
Their repertoire spans current top 40 songs, to the all time classics.
The quartet is made up of Andrew Lingwood on percussion & backup vocals, Johan Van Dyk on guitar & vocals, Nick McCready on Saxophone and Ayanda Mckayi on trumpet.
Andrew Lingwood has been performing with 1st Project, Eco Groove and many session artists over his 8 year career. He specializes in musical arranging and directing.
Johan Van Dyk is the front man of popular Afrikaans band ‘Tussen Stere’, 1st Project member and has an engineering degree to boot.
AyandaMckayi is an established actor in the South African Film and Television industry, with a love of music that spans 10 years, multiple instruments and even more musical gradings.
Nick McCready is a Multi Instrumentalist with a deep love for everything musical. After completing his Bmus at the age of 20 Nick was then shipped off to tour internationally with “Showtime Australia” a production company that put on large scale theatre and arena shows all over the world.
