Zikhona “Zee” – South African Vocalist & Songwriter

Zikhona is an independent South African singer and songwriter who first captured national attention on The Voice SA Season 2. Since then, she has carved out a respected space in the local music industry, collaborating with SAMA nominated producers and appearing across major broadcast platforms.
Her work has been featured on SABC’s Morning Live, Afternoon Express, Massive Music on Mzansi Magic, and multiple radio stations including Umhlobo Wenene FM, Metro FM, Massive Metro, and various community stations. Her rich vocal tone, emotive delivery, and authentic storytelling continue to resonate with audiences across the country.

Born and raised in Makhanda, Eastern Cape, Zikhona’s passion for music began early through school choirs, ensembles, and local talent showcases. In 2011, she toured Europe as part of the International Cantus MM Music Festival in Salzburg, Austria — an experience that broadened her artistic perspective and deepened her commitment to her craft.

Zikhona has performed at notable platforms such as the National Arts Festival, MTN x Rockstar Television Y’ello Tracks, Stimorol Flow Lab 2023, and a wide range of corporate and cultural events. Her performances blend soulful vocals with contemporary African influences, creating an engaging and uplifting musical experience.
